Field Trip Parent-Driver Information

Each driver must provide a copy of their driver’s license and proof of current vehicle insurance to the front office before a field trip. Resubmitting a driver's license or proof of insurance is ONLY required at the time of expiration. Please DO NOT resubmit unless required. According to Utah DMV regulations, vehicles with 16 passengers or more (including the driver) require a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)—Class C.
